This section is to be taken L I G H T L Y. It deals with unconfirmed information from varied sources and speculations derived from an educated analysis of people, events, and ideas. If you are a confirmed conspiracy theorist, you better ask yourself, "What if...?"
Offering
A security chief of MVC uses his student guards to work in his farm-- time-in, as he does farming on the side. When this matter reached a former president, the chief immediately sent a gift, or peace offering, of two cows, which, if they have not yet been sold or butchered, are being pastured at night in the vicinity of the DXCR tower-- which is supposed to be a 'no pasturing' area.

Royal
As former Philippine President Estrada has his Pro-Erap supporters, so also has former MVC President Era, and they are called the 'Royal Families.' They number about over a dozen 'families' all of which are faculty members. They have plans to leave the 'ship,' which they expect to 'sink' upon doing so. It really looked like a funeral when they learned who the incoming administrators were.

Infiltrator
A lawyer by profession, a mason by belief, this Adventist minister once infiltrated the very ranks of the South Philippine Union Conference. No one will ever know how extensive his influence was or how much information he shelved outside. One thing is certain though, he was involved in the murder of a faculty member.

Black Coffin
A former business consultant of MVC was also a treasure hunter and a CIA agent. He used the front of doing missionary work for the Manobos to transport gold back to the US. Beside their house on the campus was a grove of Japanese bamboos. On the day they left permanently for the US, the grove was cut down, with the soil at its middle showing fresh marks of digging. It was later learned that the middle of the grove once contained a black coffin filled with diamonds.

Japanese Gold
It can be confirmed that one of the pioneers of Mountain View College was once a missionary to Japan. It is said that he could speak Japanese like a native. He is credited as having made a lot of converts from former Japanese soldiers who were stationed here in the Philippines. It is said that the present site of MVC was exactly as he had seen in his dream. But what he really meant was according to his map-- a map which he obtained from his Japanese converts. He verified this by measuring the aerial distance from the Malingon Falls to the Inyam Tree.
